The client is a developer who is looking to create an up-market European
township that celebrates nature & style. It’s a self-contained mixed
development featuring big lakes, lush greenery, paths & trails with stylish
retailtainment outlets. The project is to design a sales gallery that projects high end European lifestyle in a natural green setting.
Designing an environment that not only informs but also transports visitors,
allowing them to envision themselves within vibrant commercial atmosphere
and green lakeside tranquil setting poses a challenge to our design intents.

The design theme is translated through the liberal use of exposed, natural-toned terracotta bricks on feature walls, combined with warm
timber floors, metal arches and soft golden accents. These elements evoke the rustic charm, enduring quality, and sun-drenched warmth of Italian villas.
Developing a sophisticated material palette that balances exposed terracotta
brick (reminiscent of traditional Italian villas) with polished concrete, geometric format tiles, dark metal accents, and rich timber — reflecting warm summertime
Italian/European contemporary design flair.
